This is another food truck in Houston that both Joe and I really LOVE!!!
We have been following Good Dog for more than a year now! ^_^ Really love the great quality hot dogs, their fresh house-made condiments and chips!! Oh!! Not to forget their tasty toasted bread from Slow Dough!! Yum!! These great combination brings us back to visit this little cute truck again and again, at least one per month!! Their motto - Eat Well and Live Long!!!

繼續講休市的快餐車 - Good Dog Houston! 我家老白跟我都很喜歡的另輛快餐車，使用新鮮〝健康〝的食材，提供的是現做的各式美味美式熱狗！^_^
自家調制的各種新鮮調味料，搭配在休市博受歡迎並注重品質的Slow Dough面包，份量控制得當，價錢合理，連我家老白也是一份熱狗打發一餐，不會出現暴飲暴食的現象，每次我們會分食一份它們自制的炸薯片，雖然偶爾油了些，但沒有一般薯片的防腐計或過多的鹽份。

雖然這裡的選項不少（至少有七、八種選擇），但一看自己每次光顧時所拍的照片，發現一向來愛換口味的我，竟然從頭到尾就只吃它的Ol’ Zapata Dog！:P 歹事！誰叫它的配料都是我的最愛！ 培根碎、新鮮芝士、洋蔥、蕃茄跟蕃茄醬、甜辣黃瓜泥、以及很難吃得出的美耐滋，就它就夠啦！不需要再嘗其它的口味！
而我家老白嘛，平時他都是選擇自己搭配 - 芥末醬、培根碎跟新鮮芝士。偶爾他也會選它的炸熱狗。搭配自家做的蕃茄醬，很不錯喔 ~ ^_^

這裡的份量控制的不錯，雖沒有一般熱狗店的德洲恐怖份量，也沒有大賣場來得便宜大碗，但使用的食材都是無化學作用、自家制做的當地品，價錢也比一般熱狗點來的高 （約六到七塊吧！），但可能是它的食材都用的不錯，一份就很有飽食感但又不會漲得讓人覺得油膩難受。

除了一般熱狗外，它們也有全牛或素食熱狗，提供給某些宗教或素食者 - 夠貼心了吧？！
同樣的，這輛快餐車的人都是精力十足、努力斗志、並常有新意創作的年輕人，這些都能在他們准備的食物中品嘗的到！
它的營業時間通常是拜二到拜日，中晚餐兩段時間！平時不是在美術館(Menil Collection)，要不就是大學附近(Rice University's Mudd Loop)，再來就是Heights地區如咖啡店（Antidote - their coffee is pretty good!)或園藝店（Buchanan’s Native Plants),在它網址或Facebook上都可找到！
